Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Raleigh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
