Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Maple Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
