Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Maple Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Providence plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
