Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Oak Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Providence. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
