Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Portland, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
