Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Health and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
