Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Pittsburgh producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
