Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vale Markets Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 822 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
