Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Hollow Health is a healthcare provider in Pittsburgh with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
