Redstone Linden Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
