Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
