Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar North Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
