Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Ember Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
