Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Phoenix, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
