Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Lantern Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
