Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood River Markets Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 945 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
