Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Junction Manufacturing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
