Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Orlando area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
