Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Mill Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
