Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Loom Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
