Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
