Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Omaha region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
