Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Omaha producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 386 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records.
