Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Keystone Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
