Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Oklahoma City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
