Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Thistle Property Management looks after rental homes across the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
