Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
