Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Corner Property Management is a Oakland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
