Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Nest Property Management looks after rental homes across the Oakland area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
