Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Summit Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
