Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Nashville, TN)

Bright Loom Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
