Rivermark Bridge Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system.
