Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
