Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Rook Press Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
