Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pike Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 340 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
