Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Umber Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Minneapolis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 395 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education.
