Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Quarry Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Minneapolis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
