Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bridge Farms Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
