Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Yarrow Facilities is a facilities company in Minneapolis with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
