Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
