Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Drift Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
