Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Orchard Health and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be supplier orders. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
