Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Amber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Milwaukee, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 688 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
