Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Basin Health is a healthcare provider in Milwaukee with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 374 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
