Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Drift Foods is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
