Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Miami, FL)

Lumen Forge Health runs clinics and patient services around Miami. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system.
