Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Maple Press Partners produces print and digital publications in Miami. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Miami. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
