Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Miami, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
