Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Miami, FL)

Northwind Cross Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
