Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (Miami, FL)

Lumen Oak Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
